OK - I've talked a lot lately about specifics....but here are some overall great mantras/affirmations:
- I am a powerful creator
- I can do, have, be anything I want.
- All I have to do is choose those positive thoughts that make me feel good.
- I focus on what I want, appreciate and am thankful for.
- My good feelings will guide me to release all negativity from my mind.
- Positive thoughts will bring more positive thoughts and people into my dreams into physical reality.
These are really great and cover the whole nine yards. If you want a little more in depth, click the link below, but all you really need to know is that these are great and work!
It's just me, but I like to know and understand why things work, and to take these mantras apart a little helps explain why they work so well. You do not have to do this for these to work, but if you want to understand why they do - here's the analysis. As we go along, you will begin to see how one leads to the other.
The list starts out powerfully, with detail so that you understand just how powerful you are and can become. And the first two are easy to understand, but why focus on those good feelings...why is there such emphasis on the good feelings? Because the good feelings are the indicator that you are headed in the right direction - well, that and your progress. IOW, if you aren't making the kind of progress that you think you should at this point, AND you aren't having those good feelings (you're having to fight away the demons and mean reds too often), then it's time to go through your original steps (check back here) to check for some refining or clarification.
This is where this list of affirmations gets really important. The rest of the list is focused on those good feelings and getting those good feelings to work for you. So if the steps you've taken at the beginning to get to those good feelings aren't working, aren't correct, or need refining, you ain't getting those good feelings and THAT is what is going to work for you.
On the link above I linked the basic steps. Go back and refine and redo this list and check to make sure you are on target. If not, no worries, just set yourself up again, and you're on the right track.
